C\u2019est la raison pour laquelle nous avons besoin de savoir quels sont les principaux responsables de la mammite clinique chez les petits ruminants afin que nous puissions agir en cons\u00e9quence et \u00e9viter de gros probl\u00e8mes \u00e0 temps. <em>S. aureus<\/em> est-il le seul agent pathog\u00e8ne que nous pouvons trouver?<\/strong><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>APER\u00c7U G\u00c9N\u00c9RAL<\/h2>\n<p>Au <strong>niveau du troupeau<\/strong> pour la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hipra.com\/portal\/fr\/hipra\/knowledge\/bgdetail\/mastitis-in-small-ruminants\/mastitis-in-small-ruminants\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">mammite du petit ruminant<\/a>, il est fr\u00e9quent <strong>d\u2019isoler un pathog\u00e8ne<\/strong> \u00ab\u00a0majeur\u00a0\u00bb (parmi tous les cas de mammite survenant au cours de la campagne). Cette caract\u00e9ristique \u00e9pid\u00e9miologique particuli\u00e8re (non partag\u00e9e avec les vaches laiti\u00e8res) est due \u00e0 deux raisons\u00a0: la premi\u00e8re est que la majorit\u00e9 des <strong>bact\u00e9ries sont \u00ab\u00a0contagieuses\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong> (staphylocoques, Mycoplasma, certains streptocoques, etc.) et\/ou m\u00e9di\u00e9es par les agneaux (<em>Pasteurellaceae<\/em>, staphylocoques, etc.), et la deuxi\u00e8me est que<strong> la production est hautement synchronis\u00e9e<\/strong> (concomitance de p\u00e9riodes de susceptibilit\u00e9).<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019existence commune d\u2019un agent pathog\u00e8ne majeur est une question cl\u00e9 lors de la mise en \u0153uvre de programmes de contr\u00f4le, tant pour la vaccination que pour la gestion pr\u00e9ventive g\u00e9n\u00e9rale.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019incidence de la mammite clinique chez les ch\u00e8vres et les brebis est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement <strong>inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 5 \u00e0 7 % par an<\/strong> (ce pourcentage peut \u00eatre sous-estim\u00e9 car certains \u00e9leveurs ne consignent pas la mammite chronique l\u00e9g\u00e8re). Cette valeur moyenne peut \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme un objectif technique \u00e0 atteindre pour les troupeaux laitiers.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"pullquote align-center\"><p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 20pt;\">\u201cS. aureus est la cause la plus fr\u00e9quente de mammite clinique\u00a0\u201d<\/span><\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2>PRINCIPAUX PATHOG\u00c8NES DE LA MAMMITE CLINIQUE<\/h2>\n<p>Parmi les principaux <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vetres.org\/articles\/vetres\/pdf\/2003\/05\/V3511.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">agents responsables de ces infections intramammaires<\/a> (IIM) cliniques sporadiques, Staphylococcus aureus est le plus fr\u00e9quent. Haemolytica<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Ces principaux groupes bact\u00e9riens caract\u00e9risent \u00e9tiologiquement la situation de base \u00ab\u00a0normale\u00a0\u00bb des troupeaux sans \u00e9pid\u00e9mie (Bergonier et al., 2003).
